Scoring Day 2026
SABA Scoring Day 2025 Season 🦌🏹📅 Saturday, February 7th, 2026
🕣 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
📍 Rugby Club – 3305 9th Ave North
Join us for our annual Scoring Day, where we come together to celebrate another great hunting season and record everyone’s harvests for the 2025 season. This event is open to all SABA members — it’s always a great morning of stories, connection, and community with like minded individuals.
Harvest Drop-Offs:
🕗 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM (All entries must be in by 11:30 AM to allow time for scoring.)
Please ensure all heads are clean and odor-free, or they won’t be scored.
Email us photos of your harvest ahead of time — score sheets will be available and completed on the day.
If you can’t make it on February 7th, you can still participate! Have your trophy scored and submit your completed forms by February 8th (see contingency plan below).
💡 Don’t forget:
To qualify for our Big Game and Small Game Awards, be sure to fill out the official SABA Awards Form in full and bring it with you. These awards include yearly achievements and lifetime milestones — every entry brings you closer to your next recognition!
SABA Big game and Small game awards form
This is to be filled out in order to be considered for a variety of yearly and cumulative SABA awards. Many of these awards are designed to be accumulated throughout your life journey as a SABA member. We have also attached the various cumulative awards you are working towards. Please ensure to fill out this form in its entirety and bring it with you for scoring day. Leave the score blank and our lovely records committee will handle calculating points and adding in scores from our scorers. If you are unable to get your entries in on scoring day, you are able to enter score sheets from P&Y official scorers. These can be emailed to the club NO LATER than FEB 8th! Be sure to include all SABA forms and Photos for SABA.

S.A.B.A. BOWHUNTER SYSTEM
SABA Bowhunter System
This is the system that we use for our in-club awards. As you can see there are different small game, fish, migratory bird and big game classes that can be completed and what the requirement for each is.
The Master Bowhunter and Pinnacle awards are based on your cumulative harvests and will take several years to achieve. SABA keeps a detailed record of all harvests submitted.
